We're committed to your satisfaction. If our bone broth doesn't meet your expectations, we want to make it right.
Refund & Return Window: Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving their order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Eligible for Refund:
- Unopened jars in original condition
- Products damaged during shipping
- Defective or quality issues
- Incorrect items received
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Products opened or consumed
- Requests made after 5 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at info@samsonskitchen.com within 5 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include photos if reporting damage or defects
- We'll send return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days
Refund Process:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged
