Samson's Kitchen Refund Policy

We're committed to your satisfaction. If our bone broth doesn't meet your expectations, we want to make it right.

Refund & Return Window: Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving their order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Unopened jars in original condition
  • Products damaged during shipping
  • Defective or quality issues
  • Incorrect items received

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Products opened or consumed
  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at info@samsonskitchen.com within 5 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Include photos if reporting damage or defects
  4. We'll send return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged
